My AB1600 will at times charge and dump continuously when I connect my Cybersync. Other times it works flawlessly. What gives?

Please elaborate "charge and dump". Does this mean charge and dump by flashing, or dump by bleeding off the charge (i.e. the red dump light comes on)? Have you noticed a correlation to this with power settings? Are you getting any undesirable results?
