Hi there, I have an Einstein that powers on but does not fire. Worked fine and then suddenly stopped firing. The model lights up, the fan spins and the trigger beep when the test button is depressed, but no flash.

Do you have another Einstein that's working? If so, swap the tubes to see if the problem follows the tube or the unit. If the unit is the culprit then send the unit in for repair.
