I recently purchased 5 Einsteins and today during a shoot, one of the units stopped working. It does not power on whatsoever. I'm in Dubai on 220V power.

Is there a troubleshooting suggesting for this?

David

I would start by switching the power cord with a working unit to eliminate the cord as a suspect. Then check the E-640's fuse. An easy way to check is to swap it with one from a working unit.

Done and done. It was the first thing I checked, as well as the wall sockets. Also checked the flash tube to make sure it was seated properly as well as the modeling light. Still nothing. Dead.

If the unit will not power on at all, remove any remotes from the top and any memory card, should one be installed. At this point, only a power cord and a fuse are the only possible user replaceable solutions. If the unit turns on, then the flash tube could be suspect. If these do not solve the problem, then you will need to contact the distributor from which it came for warranty service.
