Howdy,

I just got a medium octabox which arrived with one of the rods not in the cage that attaches to the cage the speedring post and the small wire that holds them on somewhat bent. It looks like the small wire wasn't long enough and just slipped out.

I'd like to avoid the hassle of sending it back, but it's seems really finicky to put that wire in place. Any suggestions?

If you just got got, Contact Customer service and let them know. They will get it swapped with as little hassle as possible. I think I understand what you are describing, and getting it swapped would be best, however, you may want to send us some photos when you contact customer service, that way we can best diagnose the problem and possisbly offer a solution if you still do not want to return the box.
