With DEEPEST RESPECT, Mr Site Administrator, getting timely repairs on your product IS A TECHNICAL issue. If one cannot get equipment repaired in a timely manner, what is the point of a technical forum?
No equipment, No Forum. Equipment Breaks. It Happens. If you cannot get equipment repaired, then there is a flaw in the system. In my mind, this a concern that others both need to know and should be concerned about.
