I've been swapping emails with Mark from Manfrotto. He said they expect them to arrive late June, early July. Street price of $78.99. But, if you purchase a Rotalux softbox at the same time, you will get a rebate debit card of $40 bringing it down to $38.99. That promo can be used as many times you like. Promo runs till the end of 2012.

I received two of the rings a week ago. With shipping from Europe, they cost me roughly $66 each. I wrote about them here:
