Just LOVE my brand new PLM soft silver, but she's out of commission.

Yep, I did it... I left the sand bags at home.

Worst part is, my Einstein hit the pavement from four feet up and daisy chained a second Einstein.

Check this out, after both Einsteins kissed the asphalt, only damage was to one case, reflector and the PLM shaft. Not the modeling lamp, glass globe or the flash tube.

So I held my breath, fired a sequence of test shots and guess what? All systems function as they did out of the box!!

What a phenomenal product, Paul!

I heartily advise you to not try this at home. I damn near broke down and cried when I saw my babies hit the deck!

Can I purchase a replacement PLM shaft and a case for the Einstein?

Replacement parts depends on the type of PLM you have. Your best bet would be to contact Customer Service to see what we can do for you.
