My Cyber Commander is having a strange problem. When I turn it on, it starts cycling repeatedly between a black and white screen, as if it is rebooting repeatedly. Manipulating the buttons allows me to briefly see other screens, but then returns the cycle of flashing black and white screens. I have changed batteries. Has anyone else had this problem and is there anything else I can try?

What happens if you remove the Micro SD card? Also, try a new set of batteries. Extremely low batteries can cause a problem similar to what you describe.
