I just received my new ring flash and it works great, however a few times during shooting I notice the cooling fan comes on and it sounds like it is striking something inside the unit as it spins. If I touch the plug connector it seems to quite it down but as I an switching from horizontal to vertical position with the camera it will start again. It doesnt happen all the time, but when it does it quite disturbing. I have not used it since the last episode. Any suggestions? |

Contact customer service for a warranty resolution. We should be able to make it painless, but there is not anything the end user should do to correct it internally. |
