I spent 2500 a month ago along with all the other stuff I purchased i got two vagabond minis and a extra battery. None of the batteries will fully charge only to about the half way point. I don't think thats even correct do to the fact at the lowest power on the Einsteins they only work for about 20 flashes and dead. this product as of right now in my eyes is sub par. why would they do this? Are both chargers bad the lights are red for about hour and then it goes green "like" its charged but not.

You might try jiggling the charging plug at the VLM when it goes green, and see if it goes back to red, to completely charge the VLM. Perhaps your not getting a full charge. My Buddy dropped mine, and now I am having this problem. Something to try untill TS can jump in.

By charging half way, is this based on the "fuel gauge" LED's, and is this with nothing plugged into the AC outlet?

Are your model lamps turned off when using the VML?

Have you tried charging directly into the battery (i.e. not installed into an inverter)?
