I just purchased a Vagabond Mini, and I'm new to the product. I put it on for the first charge, and the red and black connectors/cable are really sensitive, so the light switches back from red to green at the slightest touch. That being said, I can't get the light to stay red. Does that mean it's not charging? It does the same thing when remove the battery and charge it separately.

The light shining green means the unit is not charging. However, that could mean the battery is fully charged, and is now in a maintenance mode. If you turn the VML on with nothing plugged in, how many green LEDs light up for the battery gauge? If you drain the battery a little, will the charger turn and stay red? Will it remain red if you wiggle the charger cord?

I've noticed on my VML that the charging plug has a rubber cover that protects the plug (it has some play, and can be slid back to reveal the full Anderson plugs). Perhaps you are not pushing the plugs in all the way into the charging connectors on the VML?
